Thank you for interest in my company. My name is Keith Mattison, and I’m the owner of Alaska Magnum Outfitters. I’ve been rafting rivers for more than 30 years—20 of which have been guiding and outfitting in Alaska. This previous experience has taught me how to evaluate different situations and circumstances and work diligently to accomplish the goals of my clients in a safe, comfortable, and professional manner within a remote wilderness environment.

It’s my goal and ambition to provide first-class service, value, and support to my clients. To do this, I offer services not generally found in the rafting and outfitting industry.

I offer the finest and most comfortable float trips available. Our fishing adventures are equipped with the most modern, most comfortable, and highest quality equipment. Using 6-man tents for two people, cots with self-inflating mattresses, a screened tent for dining in (with tables and chairs), and a shower tent with hot propane showers, you won't find a company that offers you more.

Each trip is booked on a 2-to-1 guide ratio with a minimum of 4 people. The flying is done from Anchorage on Lake Hood (busiest float plane base in the world) by chartered licensed air taxi and is already included in the price (with the exception of Deshka River, which leaves from Willow Alaska, 90 miles north of Anchorage).
